An Industrial Conveyor Belt Oven is a continuous oven system equipped with an automated conveyor belt, designed for high-throughput thermal processing tasks such as drying, curing, baking, annealing, or other heat treatments in manufacturing and food industries.
A perforated belt is used in conveyor drying to move feed materials through the dryer. Before being warmed and recirculated, heated air is either passed over and through the product bed and belt or passed under and through. Typically, units have multiple zones, and the airflow in each zone may vary. Furthermore, a distinct temperature profile and control may be used in each zone. A central exhaust duct removes saturated or almost saturated air from the dryer.
